Order Issues
Below are some common questions about orders.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if your order is lost or stolen. Once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the mail carriers hands. We truly wish we could be more helpful. The only thing we have is the tracking number you received.
If you think your order might be lost or delayed please contact USPS.
Because items can sometimes be packaged faster than we respond to emails, we cannot make changes to orders that have already been placed. We'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.

If the carrier is unable to deliver a package for whatever reason and it bounces back to us we will issue a refund for the order. Shipping cost not included.
Sometimes the reason for a package bouncing back is not indicated to us.
All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Mistakes happen! If you accidentally ordered local pick-up just Email Us. We will cancel it, refund you, so you can place your order again.
Check your spam or promotions folder. It can sometimes end up lost in there.
Returns & Exchange Policies
Below is information regarding Returns & Exchanges.
We do not offer returns, unfortunately, however, we do offer exchanges on most items as long as they are made within 30 Days of your order.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the exchange process, please Email Us. We will then send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping costs.
We do not accept exchanges on sale items or apothecary items. That includes fragrances, soaps, oils, and candles. All sales are final.
Most items can be exchanged, excluding the following, which are unable to be exchanged: Apothecary items: fragrances, candles, oils, soaps.

Orders are often shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. US orders normally arrive 2-3 days after shipped.

All orders both U.S. and international are shipped via USPS most often. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service.
If you live in the Central Florida area and selected our In-Store Pick option, you will receive an email or text when it's ready. Pickup orders are typically ready next day.

Miscellaneous
Below are some other questions we're often asked.
Candle safety is very important to us! Here are some tips on candle safety.
Make sure you trim your wick to 1/4 inch before you burn it. Do this every time! This helps your candle to not over heat and to burn properly. If it overheats it can break or cause a larger flame.
Stop using your candle when only 1/4 inch of wax remains. If you burn your candle too low it can overheat the container and break.
Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. If you do your candle candle can over heat and break.
Keep candle free of foreign materials like wick trimmings, or matches.
Do not leave candle in a room alone.
Make sure your candle is away from flammable material and is on a fire resistant surface.
Keep candles away from children and pets.
We are not responsible if a candle breaks due to not properly caring for the candle.

We carry "Unisex Cut” shirts. Each shirt listing has a size chart so you can find your perfect fit. Sizes range from Small-5XL.
It's pretty simple. Figure out the placement on the garment where you want your patch and cover it with a cloth. Place your iron onto the cloth on top of the patch and apply firm pressure for about 30 seconds. Allow material and patch to cool for a couple minutes. Next, turn your garment inside out and repeat the process. After that you'll be good to go!

If we posted something on our social channels and you can't find it online it could be two things.
1. We might be sold out of the item. Some items we restock, but some are one and done. You can sign up for our email list to be alerted when items come back.
2. It could be an item we only sell in our Winter Park FL. storefront. I guess that means you've gotta come visit us!

We wanted a name that felt like it embodied the vibe. One day we drove past a street in Sanford, FL called Hellcat Lane. We thought it was cool and it stuck! It has a vintage and toughness to it that we love, and since it started as the two of us, we made it plural.
