Below are some other questions we're often asked.
When we are looking for our next Hellcats team member, we will post a link to the job description and information on how to apply on our website and social media pages. If you don't see anything, that means we aren't hiring. We also don't save resumes. We are a small team, so we don't hire very often, but keep your eyes peeled in the future!
Some items we restock, but others might be a one-and-done. Sometimes we have well-planned out restocks, and sometimes it's random and spontaneous. That's why we never really have a good answer for this question. The best way to stay up to date is to sign up for our mailing list or follow us on Instagram. We will always post on our social accounts when new or restocked items come back.
If we posted something on our social channels and you can't find it online it could be two things.
1. We might be sold out of the item. Some items we restock, but some are one and done. You can sign up for our email list to be alerted when items come back.
2. It could be an item we only sell in our Orlando FL. storefront. We carry a bunch of products in-store from other small businesses. I guess that means you've gotta come visit us! We cannot offer shipping on in-store only items at this time.
Candle safety is very important to us! Here are some tips on how to properly care for your candle.
Make sure you trim your wick to 1/4 inch before you burn it. Do this every time! This helps your candle to not overheat and to burn evenly.
Stop using your candle when only 1/4 inch of wax remains.
Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep candle free of foreign materials like wick trimmings, or matches. The flame can catch foreign pieces on fire and cause a larger flame.
Do not leave candle in a room alone.
Make sure your candle is away from flammable material and is on a fire resistant surface.
Keep candles away from children and pets.

We carry "Unisex Cut” shirts. Each shirt listing has a size chart so you can find your perfect fit. Sizes range from Small to 5XL.
We have a couple of cropped styles. Those sizes are more limited at this time.
Yes! We love connecting with our community in real life. We are available for a variety of events, including speaking engagements. conference panel, college and university appearances, pop-ups, workshops, brand collaborations, and hosted events at our shop.

We do sell items from other small makers and brands that fit the vibe of our shop in Orlando. We only wholesale products, and mostly through Faire. It makes our lives easier. If you think you're a good fit, you can always reach out.

We wanted a name that felt like it embodied the vibe. One day we drove past a street in Sanford, FL called Hellcat Lane. We liked it, but obviously changed it to Hellcats. We added the USA to give us a little distinction from other things named Hellcat. It has a vintage vibe and toughness to it that we love.
We are located in Orlando, FL. in Audubon Park. It's a cute neighborhood full of lots of amazing local businesses.

Returns & Exchange Policies
Below is information regarding Returns & Exchanges.
We do offer free returns and exchanges on domestic orders as long as they are made within 30 days of your order. Clothing and accessories must be unwashed and unworn and include the original packaging or tags.
*Items not eligible for return or exchange are candles and sale items.*

Absolutely! Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. No need to reach out. Just come by the shop.

Order Issues
Below are some common questions about orders.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if your order is lost or stolen. Once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the mail carriers hands. We truly wish we could be more helpful. The only thing we have is the tracking number you received.
If you think your order might be lost or delayed please contact USPS.
Because items can sometimes be packaged faster than we respond to emails, we cannot make changes to orders that have already been placed. We'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.
Email us ASAP HERE.
If the carrier is unable to deliver a package for whatever reason and it bounces back to us we will issue a refund for the order. Shipping cost not included.
Sometimes the reason for a package bouncing back is not indicated to us.
All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Check your spam or promotions folder. It can sometimes end up lost in there.

Orders are often shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. US orders normally arrive 2-3 days after shipped.
We ship orders Monday through Friday out of our Orlando studio.
