Shipping

All orders both U.S. and international are shipped via USPS most often. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service. Orders are shipped usually within 2-3 business days. US orders normally arrive 2-3 days after shipped. International orders may take up to 2 weeks due to customs.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Order

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if your order is lost or stolen. Once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the USPS’s hands. We truly wish we could be more helpful. The only thing we have is the tracking number you received.

If you think your order might be lost or delayed please contact USPS.

All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.

If USPS is unable to deliver a package for whatever reason and it bounces back to us we will issue a refund for the order. Shipping cost not included.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges on most items so long as they are made within 30 days of your order. Shirts and hats must be unworn and unwashed. We are not responsible for shipping costs.

Apothecary items are not eligible for exchange. That includes fragrances, candles, oils, soaps. 

Each shirt listing has a size chart so you can find your perfect fit.

Changes to Orders

Because we often ship items faster than we get a chance to go through emails, we do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. We'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.

 

Candle Safety

Candle Safety Tips:  Staying safe is fun!!

  1. Make sure you trim your wick to 1/4 inch before you burn it. Do this every time. If the flame gets too big it can damage or break the glass container. It’s rare, but it can happen.

  2. Stop using your candle when only 1/4 inch of wax remains. If you burn it below 1/4 inch it could cause the flame to burn any foreign material that settles at the bottom of the container. This could cause the container to get too hot and break. Try your best to keep any foreign material (like wick trimmings or match sticks) out of the candle.

  3. Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. If it’s burning for too long, the wick will get too big, and the flame will get too hot. This can cause the container to break.

  4. Do not leave candle in a room alone!!

  5. Make sure your candle is away from flammable material and is on a fire resistant surface. 

It’s very rare, but sometimes the glass containers can break due to overheating if the candle isn’t properly cared for. We are not responsible if a candle breaks. Luckily if you take care of your candle you have nothing to worry about!

 

Do you offer private candle workshops?

Yes! We offer private candle workshops at our Winter Park FL. shop for up to 8 people. Minimum of 6. Cost is $50 per person. Email us to schedule! info@hellcatsusa.com

 

What are the ingredients in the fragrance Devilish?

Our fragrance is vegan and made with high quality fragrances and essential oils. If you have any allergy concerns we encourage you to reach out to Wool & Indigo (who formulated our fragrance) for more info. All fragrance sales are final. No samples available.

Check your spam or promotions folder. It can sometimes end up lost in there. 

  

How do your t-shirts fit?

We carry "Unisex Cut” shirts. Each shirt listing has a size chart so you can find your perfect fit.

 

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! We offer local pickup at our Winter Park FL. storefront. You will see the option at checkout. You will receive an email or text when it's ready. Pickup orders are typically ready next day.

I accidentally placed an order for local pick-up. What do I do?

Mistakes happen! If you accidentally ordered local pick-up just email us. We will cancel it so you can place your order again. 

 

An item I want is sold out. Will/when will you be restocking it?

Some items we restock, but others might be a one and done design. The best way to stay up to date is to sign up for our mailing list. We will also always post on our social accounts when new or restocked items come back.

 

Can you make something custom for me?

Sorry, but we do not make custom items at this time. 

 

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring. When we are looking for our next Hellcats team member we will have a link to the job description and info on how to apply on our website. Keep your eyes peeled! 

 

Do you sell other peoples products in your storefront? Would you carry mine?

We only carry our own products with the exception of a few vintage items at this time.
